Responsibilities
This role is the primary point of sales/recruiting contact for Independent Contractors and recruiting of Non-Installing Dealers.
To succeed, you must be able to recruit, train, mentor, coach, and support Dealers and their sales reps.
Actively solicit feedback on products and services, collect market intelligence, and drive product/service improvements.
Schedule and conduct ongoing training of the Dealer and IC sales reps relative to product information and in-home selling processes/techniques.
Submit weekly forecasts, attend dealer-specific meetings/conferences, and manage the day-to-day communications with Independent Contractors and Dealers.
Solicit, receive, route, follow up, and resolve Dealer and IC concerns and complaints.
Skills Required
Proven successful experience working with 1099s, Non-Installing Dealers, and recruiting high-performing talent.
Experience working with large sales teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
In-home / Outside Sales Experience Required
3-5 years of strong experience in sales or business development in a high-ticket retail market (HVAC, Windows, other)
Strong computer skills, including strength in MS Office, CRM, and sales-focused digital tools
